Appartement Avenue Rapp is a luxurious and elegant apartment, furnished and decorated with antiques and fine works of art. With one bedroom, it is perfect for a couple seeking an exceptional standard of accommodation for a romantic holiday in Paris.

The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a six-storey stone building dating from the late 19th century, located near the Eiffel Tower on a quiet, tree-lined street.

Entering the apartment, the richly-decorated foyer connects to the double bedroom, which is at the back of the building and is particularly quiet.

A tall window floods the room with light. The bathroom has a roomy walk-in shower, a large sink, a toilet, and plenty of storage space.

From the living room, two tall bay windows look out onto Avenue Rapp. Two sofas and armchairs surround a coffee table.

The room is lined with bookshelves and old paintings, and everywhere, the owners have placed ornaments and interesting objects from their travels around the world. The fully-equipped kitchen adjoins a dining area, lit by a third bay window.

Located in Paris’ 7th Arrondissement, the neighbourhood is very stylish and full of wonderful shopping. Fashion and shoe shops are also well featured.

For dining out, there is a fine selection of restaurants, cafés, bars and brasseries. Cultural activities are in great supply, with many museums and galleries, and great archictecture at every turn.

A gym complex nearby offers short-term memberships for visitors. For relaxation and quiet strolling or jogging, the Parc du Champs de Mars, in front of the Eiffel Tower, is ideal.

The nearby métro and RER station at Pont de l’Alma makes it easy to travel to all parts of Paris.
