This apartment is located on the second floor of a 19th Century Hausmann building, steps from the Champs Élysees. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it is suitable for up to four guests.

The mirrored walls and abundance of natural light from the floor to ceiling windows provide a feeling of extra spaciousness in this large apartment. The apartment is decorated with a blend of comfort and elegance.The living area has a sofa and chairs surrounding a large table for games, coffee or conversation.

The fully equipped kitchen features a full sized refrigerator, a microwave, a stove and stovetop with a hood, and a dishwasher. A washing machine and dryer are available.

The dining area has a full table which can seat up to six guests. Guests also have the use of a television and internet access.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, and a soft bench against a large window offering plenty of sunshine. The adjoining master bathroom features a large bathtub, sink and toilet.

The second bedroom has a double bed and a small table for two. The shower room, located off the hallway, offers a shower, sink and toilet.

Situated in the 8th arrondissment of Paris, and steps away from the famous Champs Elysées, the apartment is full of typical Parisian charm and luxury. The chic surrounding area and neighborhood offers everything from the best shopping boutiques to elegant boulangeries, cafés, and restaurants.

On the Champs Elysées, visitors can enjoy climbing to the top of the Arc de Triomphe and take in the view of the city, with the Place de la Concorde on one side, and Paris' business centre, La Défense, on the other.

The Eiffel Tower is located within a short walk, another high vantage point on a clear day. Guests from around the world enjoy the Jules Vernes restaurant situated in the Eiffel Tower, but reservations are a must.

Plenty of attractions are close to the apartment, such as the Place de La Concorde, all of the famous museums including the Louvre and the Picasso Museum, and the Avenue Montaigne which houses the world famous designer shops of Dior, YSL, Ungaro, Lancel, Cartier, Hermes and more. Subways, buses and taxis are close by but walking is recommended as the most enjoyable to see this part of Paris.
