Appartement Place des Ternes is on the sixth floor of an historic 19th century building. Sleeping two, it is made up of one large studio space separated into a spacious living area, a comfortable sleeping area with a queen size bed, a dining section, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

The interior of the apartment was recently renovated throughout. A tasteful contemporary décor compliments the history of the building giving guests a taste of both the past and the present.

The kitchen features an open breakfast bar with barstools for casual dining. It includes an oven and stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, and stainless steel fixtures.

A dining table in front of one of the windows seats two. The living area includse a sofa and coffee table, and a writing desk placed to get plenty of daylight.

The sleeping area comes with a large bed, a leather chair to relax in, a small flat screen television set, with a DVD player, and a chest of drawers. The bathroom has a shower stall, toilet and sink.

The apartment is filled with natural light from four good sized windows. It is well located for business travelers as the Palais des Congrès, Paris' top conference centre, is within walking distance.

Like every district in Paris, the XVII arrondissement functions like a city of its own. Anything you could ever need can be found just outside the apartment. The Marché Poncelet, a typical French market, occurs right around the corner from the apartment and offers any number of dishes, delicacies and other goods to give guests a truly Parisian experience.

The grand Avenue des Ternes is crowded with lovely cafés, bakeries, cheese shops and plenty of other local amenities. The nearby Ternes Metro station is close and efficient, enabling guest to travel the city with comfort and ease.

Not far away is the tranquility of the Parc Monceau, with its famous rotunda, many curving walkways, unique architecture and various statues of cultural and historical figures. Also nearby is the Arc De Triomphe at the head of the famed Champs Elysées. For those in Paris on business or for a conference, the apartment is within walking distance of the Palais Des Congrès, where most business conferences take place.
