The bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed with mattelassé linens, a teak chest of drawers, and an antique altar coffer that serves as a bedside table. Original artworks cover the walls. Above a corner of the living area is a cosy sleeping loft, accessed by a removable ladder that is stored on the wall behind the front door when not in use. It is fitted with a queen sized mattress and linens. The ceramic tiled bathroom is outfitted with a shower, new furnishings, and chrome fittings. A blow dryer, iron and ironing board, fresh linens and towels are provided for guests.

The Pont Royal bridge crosses the Seine to the Jardin des Tuileries, a classically elegant public park linking the Place de la Concorde at the base of the Champs Élysées to the courtyard of the Louvre art museum.
The National Assembly is close by and is the start of the famous Boulevard Saint-Germain which leads into the St-Germain-des-Près district, the centre of French intellectual life after World War II.
