Gite.com's membership is selective. We are quality oriented and are not interested in quantity. Our competitors represent huge numbers of homes, which usually translates into small results for the homeowener.
 We seek only properties that are architecturally representative of their region, and furnished in the local style.
Properties can be luxurious or simple, but they must be interesting!
We are also only interested in working with homeowners who value good service - who check their email regularly and reply to inquiries promptly, even when they cannot satisfy a request.
It's essential to have plenty of excellent photos of your property, as those are indispensable to successfully market your home. We will not publish a website if it is not properly illustrated. Click here for more details about photographs.
If you're interested, the first step is to send us an email. Give a brief description of your property, and attach at least 2 exterior and 6 interior photographs. For some parts of France, we are not accepting listings at present, and you may be put on a waiting list.

webpage where you can build your website. You don't need to have
any technical knowledge for this.
