Gite.com's membership is selective. We are quality oriented and are not interested in quantity. Our competitors represent huge numbers of homes, which usually translates into small results for the homeowener.

• We seek only properties that are architecturally representative of their region, and furnished in the local style.
• Properties can be luxurious or simple, but they must be interesting!
• We are also only interested in working with homeowners who value good service - who check their email regularly and reply to inquiries promptly, even when they cannot satisfy a request.

It's essential to have plenty of excellent photos of your property, as those are indispensable to successfully market your home. We will not publish a website if it is not properly illustrated. Click here for more details about photographs.

If you're interested, the first step is to send us an email. Give a brief description of your property, and attach at least 2 exterior and 6 interior photographs. For some parts of France, we are not accepting listings at present, and you may be put on a waiting list.

If your membership of Gite.com is approved, we'll send you to a special webpage where you can build your website. You don't need to have any technical knowledge for this.
