• Your page is assembled by professional editors. For the initial creation of your webpage, there is a one-time construction fee of $179, plus a one-time server-hosting fee of $30.
• For properties with more than one unit, there is a $40 fee to create each additional unit.
• We only accept payment online with our secure server using Visa or MasterCard. We require a $60 deposit to start construction of the page.
• Excellent photos are indispensable to effectively market your property. Please send us as many photos as you wish, and we will choose, enhance and optimize up to 16 for use on your page, as part of your creation fee. See more about photographing your property.

Subscription fees

• Our subscription fee per webpage is US$179 for a six-month subscription.
• A dynamic map is featured on every webpage. This comprehensive mapping service costs $3 per property per month.
• Properties with multiple rental units benefit from an attractive pricing policy. Additional units belonging to the same property cost US$95 each per six months.
• Professional property managers who list two or more properties benefit from a 20% discount on the regular subscription fees for second and subsequent pages. We also offer a 50% discount ($1.50) on the monthly fees for the mapping service.
• Special offers are currently available to homeowners in certain areas.
